Publicising content, celebrity and human interest guests and generating group ‘brand’ interviews, which included the Loose Women auditioning for X Factor, an appearance on Radio 2's Steve Wright Show; the cover of the TV Times and feature, plus a double page in the Daily Mirror when their showbiz editor became a 'Loose Woman' for the day. Issues management and damage limitation on controversial, opinion based show.
